As a former Starbucks employee, I understand this area of food service can be tough and rather draining. But the drinks are very inconsistent and staff seem unhappy to be helping customers. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item but quickly corrected myself and apologized as the woman already unpackaged the food item. The two employees exchanged a look of annoyance. It’s little things like that people notice. It’s uncomfortable feeling like an inconvenience while ordering your morning items.

Bought a shaken Horchata espresso, added an extra pump of the orchard which i didn't taste any horchats and paid extra for cold foam. When I got the drink it wasn't filled to the where it should and there was no cold foam I spent almost $9 for it smh
just a suggestion for the individual responsible for heating up the products in the morning. It seems there was no real system in place and instead of putting them out as they get warm saying individually or in groups of three the individual sort of waited until there was 1015 hot food orders and then took it to distribute which made most of the customers have to wait, which created the impatient atmosphere.
it might be helpful to take the orders as the other ones are cooking that way the food will stay freshly warm and allows people to come in at separate times to get the item at the counter instead of having everyone wait for those 10 to 15 orders to be ready.
There is also an issue with sanitation as there was dirty paper towel and food on the bag with food. It seems as the utensils and gloves are not used based on visible red stained fingerprint
Additionally, other times, they have not updated the system to show how to stock items and when ordered was unable to process a refund, even though they were out of stock

Easy to find and Cute drawing!
It’s 5 stars from me. Lucas, my fave friendly young barista, is a super 🌟. He made the best Matcha Frappe I have ever had from every Starbucks. The shop was not busy at time and he went beyond to make a little origami bird to match my drink. It made my day at the hospital pleasantly surprised and unexpectedly care. When I revisited again he remembered my drink. I had good memories right here. 👏 👏 Bravo Lucas !! You deserve all lots of stars and THANK YOU !

Meh, maybe it was the morning but everything was super slow. Also, the prices seemed a bit much. Idk wasn’t that great of an atmosphere. I understand that it is a hospital but there were hardly any customers and everything seemed very slow and the staff didn’t seem that attentive. They didn’t call out the names and I had to go up and check for my order. It was a bit meh. Especially when you are asked to tip for a coffee that you are just taking to go.

Worst Starbucks ever!!! Everytime I come here they make my coffee taste so bad! This time I ordered Matcha latte with 2 pumps of White Chocolate!! This is taste literally like WATER!! No matcha taste no white chocolate taste!!! This is definitely not worth 6.60$!!
