This place truly has the slowest and worst customer service. I come here because it’s close to my job. On many different occasions there were no other customers in the cafe, the workers were talking and restocking things and just neglected to make my order. They blatantly walk away from the floor and don’t acknowledge the customers standing there. This time they made my order, didn’t say my name, just set it down and waited for me to notice. Most of the workers just seem like they do not want to be here at all. I know this is a busy location. I hope Starbucks can help their workers avoid burn out and effectively support them in their work.

This store was my first coffee stop after coming home from the airport. Absolutely love the staff and the friendly environment they create. Wait time was surprisingly short for being near a hospital, overall 10/10!

Horrible service they work on mobile orders instead of orders that are placed when u get there an the girl who was doing the matcha today was doing it in practically slow motion the girl w the curly hair told her so many times to step it up and instead she got slower
For the past 2 months the wait times have been absolutely ridiculous. I'll place the order on the app where it tells me 10 minutes then it'll blindside me with an hour wait and I end up canceling my order because who has that kind of time?
The staff didn't greet us and didn't take our order after waiting for 10 mins. There were 2 ppl
In line. One already gave our order. Got the wrong name on the order, and we waited another 20 mins
The staff was not friendly.

Horrible experience there are 2 people one taking orders and one making a crap load of drinks BY HERSELF. I kept waiting for my drink standing right next to the lady making them and not once did I hear my name, I see people getting drinks as names are called, after waiting 10 min and seeing her remake 2 drinks for people also waiting. I opt to cancel my order. The lady says someone must have taken your drink “🤔hooooowwwwww and I’m standing there my name wasn’t called and there are several drinks waiting for owners. I HATE liars, the “manager” says (after I mentioned the barista needed help) she’s got it. I was so irritated I left. Customer service sucked because as a “manager” you should’ve just said I can fix you another or something she refunded me my $6 and walked away why the barista is struggling making drinks alone!

Staff is great but way over worked and took 30min for a pickup order…what a dumb idea to close The other one down the street. Why would you close a coffee shop at a hospital? Everything runs on coffee at a hospital. Closing the Starbucks down the street made this one busier and in turn making all the hospital workers wait in turn hurting patient care. Starbucks doesn’t care about RUSH patients.
Waited over an hour and they “haven’t pulled our ticket yet” however , I see people that arrived after me , place an order and leave before me.
Very long wait time, in my past two mobile orders, the wait time was more than 50 minute on November 13th!

They wont let you purchase any syrups from this location. Nor will they give you any honey on the side unless you purchase an entire drink and wait 45+ in their lobby for an order.
Shame on you Starbucks. Especially for being in a hospital.

They closed the second starbucks down in the hospital and I've tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, while consistently waiting 40 minutes for a drink , but after waiting 34 minutes for them to tell me they ran out of oatmilk today at 8:40am, which they were out of the previous day as well at 2pm.. I'm pretty much outdone.. this is a sign for me to make coffee at home.. but what I don't understand is..
1.) Why not turn the option for people to order oatmilk off, if you know you're low?
2.) As manager or shift lead why wouldn't you order enough or more than enough inventory for such a high volume of foot traffic given the abrupt closure of the other starbucks?
Came here around 11:30am on a Thursday and it was busy but the staff was super on top of it. Friendly, quick and the drink was straight fire. This location has a ton of seating and was pristinely clean.

As a former Starbucks employee, I understand this area of food service can be tough and rather draining. But the drinks are very inconsistent and staff seem unhappy to be helping customers. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item but quickly corrected myself and apologized as the woman already unpackaged the food item. The two employees exchanged a look of annoyance. It’s little things like that people notice. It’s uncomfortable feeling like an inconvenience while ordering your morning items.
