This is literally my favorite Starbucks! They be open early and close late which accommodates my odd schedule lol. The drive thru line ain't never long because the service is really fast & good. The drinks are always so good!!

I came into Starbucks on 4701 S Cicero. I ordered a coffee this time. I had an issue with the quality of the paper cups; they dont hold up with the hot drinks. I spoke to the shift manager, Kayli. Kayli is an excellent manager/ employee. She heard my complaint and was sympathetic towards my concerns. She identified me by yhe drink I ordered? WOW WHAT AN EXCELLENT MEMORY.. She then explained that the nxt time I come she would make sure I had a double cup because that was my complaint. She has GREAT managerial skills. I called feeling upset and once I finished the call. I felt satisfied and heard. Thank you Kayli. Kudo's for Starbucks for hiring her. WELL DONE Will be a repeat customer!

The service here is terrible. Asked for a venti matcha and they gave me a grande and when asked if they please give me the correct order they just transferred my drink to a venti cup and added more ice to make it seem like they made it. I went in store to complain and instead was mocked , humiliated, laugh at and told to leave the store! I quote the barista said “calm down it’s just a matcha” by far the only bad experience I’ve ever received in a Starbucks! Never coming here again

Staff here are a bit rude with a condescending tone to say the least. They also only fill your cup up halfway so technically rob you of what you paid for. Keep driving a little down and go to Archer and Cicero ave location instead, you will be glad you did. As you can see by the pic, cup is missing a lot of the content and I hadn’t even had one single sip!

This starbucks is the closet to my home & their service is always slow. I've lived here for 3 yrs & have always had the same issue. Mobile orders are expected to be made BEFORE the customer arrives not when I get to the window. That completely defeats the purpose of placing a move order. I get if you guys are busy but no matter if the lot is empty or not my order is never ready. Not only that I order in enough time to give at least a extra 5 mins and still wait 10 mins when I arrive. That's absolutely insane especially when I pay so much. I'm better off going to dunkin across the street.

There is always a drive thru line but the baristas always make the line go fast. Drinks are made well and customer service is top tier!
Over all it’s really good restaurant! my only complain is that the drive thru used to be 24/7 and they started closing earlier it was more convenient to be open 24/7

It is a good place to get a drink in the area. When it comes to the service it is like a normal Starbucks. it is more efficient than most so i wouldn't be too annoyed with the wait for a drink. There is a very small parking lot and the drive through it tight. You will have to wait longer if you order inside due to drive through being more preferred. Overall nothing i have ever ordered came out terrible so i apricate their hard work.

Slowest drive-thru in the world. Location doesn’t turn-off mobile ordering when their cafe is closed to the public. Traffic jam city in this parking lot. Avoid. Enjoy the Dunkin or McDonalds across the street.
