Good food, drinks and staff. Only lost a star because it takes about a half hour from standing in what I thought was a short line, to receiving my items, likely due to mobile orders. I wish Starbucks would get rid of mobile orders.
I recently stopped by the Starbucks at Chicago Airport for a coffee and snack. The coffee was brewed well, with a rich and flavorful taste. I also tried one of their pastries, which was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly and efficient, making it a convenient spot to grab a quick bite and caffeine fix before or after my flight.

This Chicago Starbucks was like a museum filled with so much to see. 5 or more floors , was very busy, long lines, crowded on a Saturday packed with families. Would have stayed longer but too crowded, packed with people.
Wheelchair accessibility: I could barely walk around by myself. I cannot imagine it possible if I were in a wheelchair. Not recommended on a Saturday, perhaps during week better. Ramps were wide and offered wheelchair accessibility .
