Well it wasn't all bad I sat outside as I normally go to ones in Morton Grove or Glenview but used to live in an apartment down the street from this location so I walked it was a nice day after going to the barber I got attacked from geese which was kind of fun they tried to steal my spinach fed wrap never would expect it from geese more from a seagull. On the outside patio anyways that was the highlight. Then after that 75-year-old black man came over outside and started opening and smoking a crack pipe or something he walked 5 ft next to me and facing the ground hunched over stood there for 15 minutes it didn't move in one place after he was doing his drugs. But besides that in the area it was a nice sunny day and 80° weather ???☕

Very dirty. I wish they cleaned up the place. They automatically ask for tip when you pay, but they can't even clean up tables and floor.

Do the baristas here have a problem with the physical Starbucks gold card? We just moved to the area and 4 times (2 drive-thru, 2 in person) in a row they take my wife's gold card (she's at home) and then my phone app. I say, "i have 2 separate orders. The first one is a blah blah blaht and sandwich on the card," hand card to barista who then grabs the order. I'm assuming she's swiping card while i choose my order and look at the menu. Then i give my order and scan my phone. For some reason all the orders end up on my app and my wife has lost out on stars, challenges, etc. The 2 other Starbucks we frequent (when it's not rush hour because they're further away) have no problem and those 2 are much busier.

Very nice staff, but no sense of urgency even when slow. Over priced drinks. Typical StarbucksParking: Aggressive drivers trying to navigate. Just go slow and expect a moron to hit you.

I don't like to write reviews, but I have had 2 bad experiences lately at that Starbucks and I was quite upset. So one of the times, the woman at the drive-thru took our order and when we got to the window, 1 of the drinks was wrong and we were missing an item. Therefore, we waited for the right drink and she gave us the pastry we were missing. When she gives us the right drink, she hands it to us leaking all over the place and instead of giving us napkins, she just hands it to us like that. My husband had to ask for napkins. She gives him the napkins and apologizes and gives him a $4 gift card. Fast forward to us trying to use the gift card and it has a $0 balance ?‍♀️. Ok, moving on to the next situation...This day I decide that I will pre-order through the app. I do and I am running behind the time that it was supposed to be ready by about 5 minutes. I get there and my drink is there but my cheese danish is not. I patiently wait about another 5 minutes. Now I'm starting to worry that I'm going to be late for work. There is a woman standing in front of me and tells 1 of the baristas that she is missing a cheese Danish from her pick up order. The lady responds "Oh she is running a little behind. She will get it for you." And she looks toward the cashier. Meanwhile the cashier is taking customer, after customer, after customer who is in line and she is restocking supplies too. Then I say to that same barista the woman asked, "Excuse me, I too am waiting for a cheese danish, maybe she forgot because she is doing other things now." And she gives me the same robotic answer "She is running a little behind. She will get it for you." So I tell her, "I am going to be late. What was the point of me ordering ahead then?" She literally just looks another way and keeps doing what she is doing. Just horrible customer service! Not everyone there is like that though.

They are always closed at random times of the day. What’s the point of having hours of operation if they’re going to close at 2pm in the middle of the day? I’ve come here 3-4 times in the afternoon and they’ve been closed every single time. Also, service is extremely slow. Wouldn’t recommend this location at all.

So this place is by my house I actually going there more than five years. There is nothing problem but today there is a new blood guy working there. He’s so rude he’s so disgusting don’t even buy from him he’s always on register. OK I see him always on register the past 23 days. OK he’s so rude. OK and he’s not even have any respect for Customer I never do bad reviews but he’s actually so gay.

Do not recommend this location. They will let you order in and then say they’re closing the cafe and you have to leave asap. Avoid if you can.

I got lost looking for this location, It was raining, when I looked at their hours of operations it says they closes at 9pm, they not even said “hi” when I got to the speaker the employee limited to say “We closed at 6pm” please adjust hours of operations so that if customers are looking for location they do not waste their time.

Always randomly closed or running on different hours than the ones posted. Might as well not even be open if you have no idea when to go.

My drinks are always made wrong and it seems purposeful at this point. The inside is okay. Will not be purchasing Starbucks again.
