Do the baristas here have a problem with the physical Starbucks gold card? We just moved to the area and 4 times (2 drive-thru, 2 in person) in a row they take my wife's gold card (she's at home) and then my phone app. I say, "i have 2 separate orders. The first one is a blah blah blaht and sandwich on the card," hand card to barista who then grabs the order. I'm assuming she's swiping card while i choose my order and look at the menu. Very nice staff, but no sense of urgency even when slow. Over priced drinks. Typical StarbucksParking: Aggressive drivers trying to navigate. Just go slow and expect a moron to hit you.
I don't like to write reviews, but I have had 2 bad experiences lately at that Starbucks and I was quite upset. So one of the times, the woman at the drive-thru took our order and when we got to the window, 1 of the drinks was wrong and we were missing an item. Therefore, we waited for the right drink and she gave us the pastry we were missing.
