Andrea ( the supervisor on duty sept 20 ) was so kind to me on the phone making arrangements for myself and a group of parents to come in for coffee , pastries and a group conversation event . She relayed all the info efficiently to the team . Jacquie, the manager today was exceptional . She was a fantastic host to our group and encouraged us to come again which we most certainly will .
