Service is terrible. I do mobile orders in the morning and the issues are constant- drinks made incorrectly, food not ready after 20 minutes, & staff not helping. I'm no longer going to this location after 3 staff members sat in the back and looked at me dazed and confused while I stood at the mobile order station waiting for my food that should have been ready 15 minutes prior. By the time I recieved my food and drink, I'm now running late for work and have a poorly made drink....read full review
Excellent baristas and great vibes. Food all perfect and drinks just right!
I ordered a Hot Cinnamon Dolce Latte, but it was way too sweet… I always ask for only 1 pump of syrup, but because of the poor print quality on the sticker, the barista couldn’t even read the customization. As you can see, the printed text is blurry and incomplete.
