Ever time I come to this location the oven is never ready. It’s says they open at 9 AM but when I come in at 9:30 AM or later the oven is still heating up.

The sandwiches are good but the service isn't! I walked in and it was very dark, the worker seemed like I came at a very inconvenient time even though the store was empty. She seemed annoyed and when I ordered she just blankly starred at me. While I was waiting to pay the ice machine just started spilling ice everywhere, and the worker just laughed. The inside of the store was very eery and dark. Don't think I'll ever be back! I can't believe this place is still open with no customers!

Their app took my money but didn’t place my order. I was told that the money would be refunded since they didn’t receive an order, and the money has now fully come out of my account.

Understaffed, no selection available. This is a Saturday in October sans cubs game. Total garbage, pregnant wife requested otherwise I would have walked, 30 min for 2 sandwiches.

As a driver I am being tossed everywhere and finding a great-tasting subway restaurant is not so easy. I always ponder how can you spoil a sandwich. Today I visited this subway and honestly, it's one of my best so far. The server was clean handling the food and changed her gloves twice. She was polite and she stacked the sandwich. Lastly, the the sandwich was fresh. My only issue is that there was no readily available bathroom for the customers. Nevertheless, this will be my go-to restaurant moving forward. Well done subway.

The food was bad, the girl making my sandwich was using no gloves and had no hair net. When I asked for a napkin, because of my strong accent they made fun of me, wouldn't recommend.

If I want to pay $8 for a six inch sandwich, I'll go to a real cafe where the cashiers are friendly. The kid working rolled his eyes and sighed when I asked about a promotion I saw on the website. I wasn't being rude or anything- literally just asked about the promotion. The service here in the past has been good enough that I usually leave a tip but this kid and the overpriced "new" menu are making me think my Subway days are over.

I had terrible food poisoning, the Indian girl was picking her nose while making my sandwich. Used no gloves while doing it, and the bread had mold on it and she said it was part of the seasoning. She told me to go back to Africa, even though I’m Asian. I don’t usually post fast food reviews, but this was absolutely disgusting. Never coming here again..

Is a Monday and this location is sooo unprepared. They didn't have any bread ready except for 2 pieces of 6 inch bread. Cmon now, you're close to Blaine, kids are going to walk in afterschool, should've been prepared.

Dishonest! I dont mind paying what it costs but when you sneak in $1.50 upcharge for mozzarella cheese with no signs or even verbal notice- I'll never come back and give you 1 star.

I typically order from here once or twice a week and have been for the last 4 or 5 months. The service has continually gotten worse over this time. The guy working in the evenings never has his mask on over his nose and barely acknowledges me when I pick up my order (i.e. does not speak or respond). My last online order also came out wrong. Not expecting great service from a subway, but expect them to follow city health mandates (seems reasonable to expect proper sanitary practices at a place that prepares food) and perhaps a response when speaking to employees. This location needs to do better.
