The 2 folks working there today moved really slow and we're so unhappy to be there it made for a terrible experience. The lady and guy couldn't even be bothered to make cookies and keep them stocked. I live a few blocks from there and have never felt with such a negative, lackluster customer service experience before. I wasn't expecting cartwheels but the dry slow attitude is too much.
I went the other day they upgraded somethings. Dude there got me in & out. Had to be on my way to work. Hoping they are actually open 24/7 because shift has changed and I work early mornings this week. Hoping I can grab something in the morning before work & that will be around 4:30-5 A.M.
I go to this location and inquire to use washroom. They informed me bathroom is down for plumbing issues. Today is 11/29/23. Board of health should conduct an inspection of facility. If workers and customers do not have a functional bathroom, this should be addressed. Is the workers hands clean?I realize this was common during the pandemic but mainly occurred in urban areas that are not properly monitored by city services.
