Worst ever sandwich i had no sub crunch no proper packaging everything spilled out after opening the paper wrap with all the sauces and stuffing stuck to the paper and nothing was inside the sub and the girl working there wasn’t bothering about anything she is just having her pass time being in the call

2025 Update: DO NOT TIP AT THIS LOCATION. The owner keeps all tips and does not share any of it with the employees.
I’ve been going to the better Mexican spot option next door but still stop in here occasionally for a drink and to chat up the staff. Every single employee I’ve asked has told me the same thing. They receive no tips and everything goes straight to the owner.

Omg I had a pick up order and I had the spicy nacho sandwich and every since I ordered it I been having stomach issues and when I smelled it. It didn't smell like chicken more like tuna and idk if it's food poison but my stomach is very badly hurt from the sandwich I got from here.

Today September 27th around 1pm , My 69 year old mom went with the intention of buying something to eat. The employee with the name Patel yells at my mom for not speaking English. My mom feeling sad walks out without buying anything. I will report this as well to corporate. She has no right to yell at her or anyone else who don’t have speak English. My mother at no moment was rude to her. I’m sure management watches the camera would see exactly how it happened.

I had a bad vibe when I walked in, and the employee greeted me was saying yes ? And I had to walk out after I saw the employee put on his gloves and walked to the back of the restaurant. I didn’t want him to make my sandwich when he disappeared with his gloves on.

Employee told me the toaster was off when i came didnt wanna turn on the toaster i said I dont mind so she kept pretending that she could not hear me after she seen i would be presistent she then took my order then tried to lie and say there was no soup even though I had seen so she reluctantly made me half a cup after making my wrap and warming it in the microwave she then put my cup of soup in there on her way to the microwave she dropped the top on the ground she picked it up and slick put it on a shelf under the counter so I watched her to see if she would try to still use it and sure enough she popped it right on top and when I asked was that the one from the floor she tried to act like she couldn't hear me and I can tell it was because I seen it had soup on already

This place is very obviously frequented by drunks, drug addicts, and call girls which isn't the subways fault so be ready for some interesting people watching while you wait in line while the people ahead of you look off into space and mumble their order to the guy who can't hear from the other side of the plexiglass box. I will say the bread for my sandwiches was small but the ingredients seemed fine and the order was followed correctly. The guy tries his best to be fast and efficient and my food was ordered and done just like the app said but he handles people 1 at a time based on how they arrived in the shop regardless of if you placed a mobile order so you might need to be pushy if you see your order on the counter behind the register and force yourself ahead of other people . For me I didn't mind waiting for 10 minutes to take in the telenovela happening live in front of me
