The big dude behind the register could care less about you. No hello, no thank you, no smile, absolutely cruddy service. No one in the place is middle eastern which is actually hilarious and the food was nothing like it used to be. I asked if I could get the cucumber salad and dude said “we haven’t had that in 7 years”. Okay, well how about rejoice in the fact that I been coming here since high school and used to love this place? How about show me some love that I used to come here when you guys were actually good. Yuck, the meat pie tasted uncooked and was watery, the falafel tasted like it had been in a steam table for 2 days, and the chicken was dry as can be. Not coming back, hopefully ever.

I visit Sultan's Market for the reoccurring Brunchlox event to dance on Sundays. The people are always friendly and helpful. The food is AAAHHH-MAZING!! And the atmosphere is lovely. It's beautifully decorated.
Drinks are pricy tho, so be prepared.

This place is buns. The staff were short with us, their falafel is pretty awful, like the consistency of it being undercooked and they skimped out on so much. I haven't been to this place since and have only been there once.

Absolutely FIRE shawarma. Coming from Metro Detroit, our shawarma expectations were high, these guys seriously know how to throw down. Their snack and beverage selections are fantastic as well. Don’t skip out when visiting Masada!
Bad customer service. I walked in shortly after they opened and I was never acknowledged. I said hi and they just kept setting up the food station and talking on the phone with ear buds in. After about a minute I just left.

I order from Sultan Market once a week, and since this is the third time something like this has happened, I decided to leave a review.
A restaurant should maintain a consistent standard of taste with every order. I know how the sandwiches are supposed to taste and look, and I can easily tell when something is off.
I just placed an order, and as soon as I opened the sandwiches, I noticed a bad smell. When I looked inside, the first thing I saw was that the portion was noticeably small. The meat was cold (even tho it was delivered in 10 mins) and consisted of burnt pieces. It wasn’t even cut like shawarma – just random chunks of meat. The taste was honestly terrible, and unfortunately, I’ll have to throw them away. I don’t know if those are leftover pieces or not, clearly you can see it from the photos.
I’m sharing this as constructive feedback. The restaurant needs to maintain its quality standards.

Great good. Beautiful outdoor space.
Our crew loves to come here for lunch (or dinner)! There’s a delicious variety of options and Sultan’s has BEST prices in town. Also, we love this patio and will be back throughout the summer! ☀️
