Oh. My. Word. My husband and I have been to several omakase dining experiences around the world and in the city so we were both expecting something generic. This is emphatically not that. I cannot express how outstanding this restaurant is. The chefs are world class and the flavors are so uniquely crafted. The way they dress sushi is out of this world and even certain fish I am typically not a fan of (uni) became my favorite bite.
