Super friendly. Super nice! Delicious pizza and they deliver! Make sure to ask for it cut up because they don't cut it up unless you ask for it cut up
Front desk guys were great. I had cancelled my reservation, because our baby was feeling cranky and we thought we would go back to the hotel. Then she fell asleep. We were already in the area, we thought why not try talking to them. The girl at the front desk helped us out to restore our reservation. Thank you so much!
Went to Lou’s on a recent trip to Chicago and it was great. We had a gang of 10. Had to make a reservation 3 days in advance for our group and still had an 8:00 seating on a Monday night. It’s very popular. But it did not disappoint!! The table had wings, potato wedges, salad, Italian meatballs, and the fries meatballs as appetizers. They were all excellent.
