We enjoyed the 12-course set plus 3 additional personalized pieces curated by Chef Yang—favorites included the miso black cod and seared salmon belly courses. Excellent service from Roger and Tashon. Great art deco lounge atmosphere; highly recommend.
We showed up as they were closing without reservations. They couldn’t seat us for dinner, but we got to sit at the bar and chat with the staff. These are remarkably wonderful people who love what they do and bend over backwards to please anyone who walks through the door. We can’t wait to go back for more than just saki.
This is just my experience at this particular location:
Reservation was at 9pm, but was told they were backed up ~10-15 min. Got seated at 9:30pm only after asking a couple times when we would be seated. Blonde hostess didn’t seem to care or acknowledge the lateness, basically kept forgetting about us. Asked about some app promos and was told I’d be taken care of but she totally forgot and I had to remind them. Our “1 hour” slot felt rushed and we finished...
