Sushi Nova - Lincoln Park offers an enjoyable all-you-can-eat sushi experience with a variety of fresh and well-made dishes. The menu includes popular options such as sushi, tempura sweet potato apps, and mochi for dessert, which provides a sweet ending to the meal. The prices are reasonable, and the quality and quantity of food are highly appreciated, making it a good value for sushi lovers. Vegetarian options are available, and the restaurant often offers a free appetizer for larger orders, enhancing the overall experience.
The staff, especially servers like Edward and Ella, receive consistent praise for their friendly, attentive, and kind service. They go out of their way to recommend dishes and ensure guests feel cared for, even during busy times. Guests have noted that despite the busy weekend nights, they are seated quickly and receive good service, which adds to their positive experience.
However, some reviews mention that the service can be confusing and inconsistent, particularly regarding dessert sharing rules and menu explanations. While the food and ambiance are highly rated and worth returning for, guests hope for clearer communication from the staff in future visits. Overall, Sushi Nova in Lincoln Park provides a great sushi dining experience with friendly service and a good variety of tasty options.
