I visited this location tonight and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I asked if I could switch my side, which I confirmed afterwards was possible through the UberEats app. To make matters worse, I overheard a woman in the background who had left her microphone on, loudly questioning “what I was talking about”. This same woman, who wasn’t even taking my order, proceeded to stare at me through the window in the lobby while I was at the stop light after I had left the drive thru. This experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. I strongly suggest better customer service training for your staff!

Scrambled orders and 8-ball adjustment on botched sevice and over charging; but it is a new business and learning to compete with Mc D's and Dunkin on competing corners msy make it difficult to catch up to speed and not take back wrong orders and refuse refunds.

this the worst taco bell ever whoever worked tonight in that kitchen needs jail time for the lack of ingredients they put in my order. it was $15 in total for a pinch of ingredients. jail time absolutely

I'd rather communicate with a human not with a machine after completing my order and the screen says complete I stood around like an idiot for 10-15 minutes trying to figure out where my order was. Finally got a hold of somebody chilling in the back apparently they said oh no order came through so I left went to Subway down the road on the right was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I did speak with somebody they knew I was there but never came back to check you would think somebody would

I never have a problem with this location maybe wait like 5-10 min but that’s really it. I’ve only gone during the day between 11-4 though so maybe that’s why some of these other reviews are not good.

I went on drivethru for pickup and nobody answer, went to front door but as I assumed it was closed due to dine in closed at this time, just to see this guy sitting down on his phone until I had to knock for them to tell me to go through drivethru

I eat a lot of Taco Bell. . . Let’s start with that. Today I decided to grab lunch here, first time at this location. Although admittedly the drive through line took a little longer than normal, the quality of the food I got from here, in Taco Bell standards, the best I’ve ever had. All the food had great portions. The temp was perfect. Specifically the Cinnabon delights I got. Normally, Taco Bell has old nasty ones. These were fresh and phenomenal. Just a great experience all around.

Says open 24 hours, 7 days a week all over the building. Pull up, all the lights are on, drive thru closed... Go up to the window where a worker stated they were closed.

This was my first time ordering at this location. I used the drive thru. The associate was pleasant, my order was correct and still hot when I arrived at my destination.
