When you walk into the restaurant it smells of old food. It has a spoiled stench to the place. The staff is VERY VERY RUDE. Staff was telling a delivery driver “GET AWAY FROM THIS WINDOW” while trying to inquire about a pick up. I spent over $30 and everything was cold. The meat in my tacos had an old spoiled taste to it. Sad.

My previous experiences here would warrant a 1 star review. Yesterday afternoon one employee changed my whole understanding of this location. Shawn went above and beyond with his patience and customer service skills to help me out when the app was being wonky. Not only that but the food he prepared looked exactly like it does in commercials. As someone who interacts with the public at work as well, if more employees everywhere conducted themselves like him I'd happily interact with workers instead of depending on apps. Thanks Shawn :)

I don't get the bad reviews. Fast fresh and hot! Got a steak burrito fresco and it was filling and delicious! Nice staff and clean place. It's a taco bell not some fancy schmancy place.

This is the most expensive Taco Bell in Chicago. Soft tacos cost 36% more than they do at a normal Taco Bell. Crunchy tacos cost 24% more at this location. Please consider going elsewhere to avoid the exorbitant prices. There is no way anyone should resign themselves to pay $3.10 for a soft taco. Use their website to confirm the menu prices at other locations and see for yourselves. Even though I live nearby, I still drive to other, less expensive locations.

Just stopped by and was told that they were closing on the “manager’s time.” It’s 12:54 and the store closes at 1am. Kinda dumb if you ask me… I hope Taco Bell knows they are missing out on money because of laziness.

DO NOT ORDER WHEN ITS THE NIGHT SHIFT. They don't care about how they make your food. They blast loud inappropriate music. The staff is pretty nice, that would mean something if they did they jobs like how they suppose too.
