Food is always yummy… however the service is terrible. Anytime I order takeout i always end up waiting 5 minutes after arriving if my order is ready because I’ll get to the pickup station and the workers will straight up ignore me. I try to speak up and ask for my order and they will straight up just go on with their business as if they didn’t hear me? I really like the food they prepare it just sucks to be fully ignored when my order is right there
I love this Taco Bell the people are great and the food always comes out on time but I was here on a bad day where they had a lot of orders. They were just calling out names and idk if missed mine or what but it was never called to my knowledge. It would be nice if they had a number system like McDonald’s so I know when my order was ready. They have a number system, but it’s not used.
Honestly the least problematic Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. My order comes out correct and delicious 95% of the time and my orders can get pretty complicated. I would recommend you order online thru the Taco Bell app and pick it up. This location is right outside of the Red Line and draws a vagrant clientelle. Hard workers, yummy food!
