Thai Thai used to be some of the most authentic Thai in the city, before the pandemic we would sometimes order once every week. Used to have amazing lemongrass bases and bright, flavorful items. They've since changed all of their ingredients and the quality has fallen through the floor (there are no peas in Thai food!!) after the pandemic. Also a very very long wait ... which wouldn't be a problem if the food was still like it used to be. A very depressing loss :(

Pretty bad. Ordered takeout and they weren't ready. One of the dishes we ordered had salmon in it and the lady asked if we'd take any other fish because the salmon was still frozen. There's one poor, stressed out woman working everything. Once we got the food it wasn't bad, but waiting 1+ hours for takeout and getting different things than what we ordered was pretty bad.

Can't leave zero stars. Abysmal. Don't do it. Order anywhere else. Learn to make it, shop for ingredients, and cook it yourself, it will take less time. A total waste. Food is underwhelming at best and ridiculously overpriced. Waited over an hour for a pick up order. Seriously, go anywhere else...

We ordered from here a few months ago and the food took FOREVER to be prepared for pick up, almost 2 hours. After that experience I didn't wanna order from here again but my mom ended up ordering because she forgot about the experience we had the last time. I thought maybe that experience was a one off thing, maybe they were short staffed that day so this time would be better. NOPE!This time we ordered for delivery and the food took about an hour and a half to get to us. Had to microwave the food once it arrived because it was cold. Which is confusing because we live about a 10-15 min drive from this place so maybe the food was ready but the delivery person just had it sitting in their car or something??And then the food itself wasn't very good. It wasn't horrible, but just wasn't very good. The chicken in the pad kee mao tasted weird and the presentation of the food was messy. The only thing that was good were the egg rolls, which we had to reheat.I hate giving bad reviews but this was disappointing. I will say that the lady who works there seems very sweet! She was apologetic for the wait when we called and thanked us for our patience. But it seems like they're having issues with their delivery service and the food itself. Don't waste your money :(

boo I ordered delivery from their website. The driver texted me 45 min later that the restaurant was empty. He was inside but no one was working. He waited about 15 min and no one showed up. I had to call menufy to get a refund :(((

All our regular places were closed on a Monday and ended up ordering from Thai Thai. As others noted, the wait was long and kind of eerie with no diners, and only one other pick up. Only one person was working also as other noted.During the long wait, I started reading all these reviews and I was getting more and more worried about the food, we had out of town visitors and only a short time with them. I was researching other places as I read the reviews thinking I could order another batch of food somewhere else farther away than I usually do and it'd be ready by the time I collected this order, but again - everywhere was closed for Monday or I couldn't order online for some reason.I deduced that the lone worker was making each dish individual, and then bagging it. I think it was ready because of the bag noises, but it wasn't.Finally, the food was done, and I rushed home. It tasted really good and there were no freshness issues with the ingredients. We did have all tofu dishes and not sure if that made a difference, and the chef was very nice about accommodating our special requests on certain dishes.if you are in a hurry, I would not order from Thai Thai, nor for a large order. We had 3 entrees and 3 apps, and I think that is the limit I would order here. But for us, the food was very good and we enjoyed it.

I'm shocked. The restaurant is desolate, eerie and full of literal junk. The owner is a mild to severe hoarder. I was desperate for mango sticky rice but never again. After the 8th microwave slam I decided to leave and requested a refund thru yelp. What was I paying for? I hope the owner seeks help soon. This is not meant to throw shade but raise awareness. Mental health matters.

My wife and I used to order from here and it was delicious. Don't know what happen but we just ordered and the shrimp in my wife's meal are so very obviously bad to the degree someone would get sick if they consumed them. We noticed a smell coming from the bag as soon as we grabbed it from the porch and my fingers smelled after touching them. Also my meal came with chicken which also smelled off and spinach in instead of thai basil!? Never had a meal this terrible before. I honestly can't believe it but want to make sure no one gets sick or loses their money like this again. It's too bad because this was our go to for years.

Had the pad Thai with a side of white rice and it was good ! The food lagged a bit but understandable considering there was only one person attending orders and making the meals. I also enjoyed the music that played while my boyfriend and I ate, would come again :)

I used to live in the neighborhood and order from this place frequently. Service and food were always great. It has been a couple years since I've ordered but someone from out of town is visiting so we decided to order from here today because we used to love it so much. I placed an order online at 6pm for 6:45 pick-up. I arrived at time of pick-up and was told my order wasn't ready yet but they were working on it so I waited. There were no diners in the restaurant and no other customers picking up orders so I assumed at most it would be another 15 minutes. In the end, my order was not completed and handed to me until 7:43pm. The food quality was terrible. Items were either overcooked, under-seasoned, or tasted rancid. The pad Thai noodles were stuck together in a lump and ingredients were separated into compartments of the takeout container. The order was to substitute the regular wide noodles for crispy wide noodles but instead of doing that, they just added thin crispy noodles on top. It makes me sad to say this, but I will never order from here again.
