Very cute vibe. We loved the atmosphere. My sister in law, niece and I went for afternoon tea. It was a cute enough experience, a little lite on savory options, not sure worth the price of $240, plus tip. After the server left our food tray we never saw her again, not to check on us once or see if we needed anything else. It was tough to swallow the 20, 25 or 30% tip option when zero service was involved whatsoever.
I took my mom to afternoon tea here and the tea, bubbles, and snacks were really nice. The only drawback is that it's pretty crowded, we were at a tiny two person table right in the middle of two others and it was hard to just relax and have normal conversation. The price is really quite high as well. After a 20% tip it's $100+ per person for a small pot of tea, a glass of brut, and a few snacks. All very lovely, it just over priced in my opinion.

One of the best restaurant experiences overall I've had in downtown Chicago. We celebrated my boyfriends birthday and all the staff seemed alerted about it and gave us a free dessert. Definitely will be going back! ??
