This hotel is so beautiful and I love the experience. I booked May 17th during Cowboy Carter Beyonce weekend concert and was supposed to stay at JW Marriott which I had reserved and planned for however the rooms were overbooked and there was no space for me. Management did speak with me and informed me not to worry and that they can accommodate me 4-5 minutes away at The Gwen Luxury hotel which was gorgeous. Made reservations with a group of my girls to have dinner that turned into into a whole dinning experience with exceptional service. Decided to take my girlfriends to Upstairs at the Gwen after their commute from out of state and it was such a great experience! We were greeted with such warm welcomes from the staff and immediately walked to our reserved table. Upon seated our waitress Maria did a great job at making sure we had everything we needed.
