I was surprised to find The Franklin Room was downstairs, but it really added a cosy and hip vibe to the place. We arrived early but found a seat at the bar where we enjoyed two delicious cocktails. Appetisers were so good, each with a little hint of chilli that was just right. Really appreciated the wine recommendation by our waiter. My wife's a big fan of Chilean Sea Bass and declared theirs was the best she'd had anywhere, so big thumbs up there! Took a bit of a flyer to try The Franklin Room, and what a delight it turned out to be

The food was exceptional. We had the tartar, mushroom turbine and lamb pops to start. Lamb is too good. Could have had another order. I had the sea bass as a main and finished the meal with the mango cheesecake. Dessert was a highlight. Finally the Japanese whiskey flight put the entire evening over the top. Love everything about the meal.

We went for restaurant week and it was so delicious. Both appetizers on the menu were great, the lamb chops were cooked perfectly. I had the tortellini which were amazing! The truffle sauce and the mushrooms were like butter. My husband ordered the steak and he loved it. Cocktails were also great. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Our server was extremely attentive. Very engaging and walked us through the menu very thoroughly. He had a personality that made the experience more enjoyable than other places. I have been. 10 out of 10 experience.

I've been to the Franklin room many times and the service and food has always been good. However, the experience wasn't great this time and left a bad taste in my mouth. My boyfriend and I finished dinner and paid - we sat for about 5 minutes after paying and the manager approached us and ushered us out saying there's other guests waiting. I understand if we didn't have reservations, but we did and it was only a few minutes after paying. Disappointing and strange.... won't be coming back.

The Franklin Room is one-of-a-kind! Everything was outstanding. The drinks were so unique and delicious, the service we received was next level, and the food was incredible. We can't wait to visit again; we will definitely be back!

Everything was great! I loved the dark ambiance and the details in decorations. The food, drinks, and service were also splendid. Our server was very attentive and nice. We had the muscles (amazing!), the ribeye (the soy scallion sauce was such a good touch), the miso salmon (didn't try it), the baby gem salad, and the charred broccolini. Perfect NYE dinner.
