They always treat me well, they always been switching people for the longest but the guys who’ve been working there since last year have Been great. They’re very nice and accommodating and I feel like a lot of people come in with an attitude and of course respect is given when reciprocated anyways overall love the food and the place hope they stay this way.

Was a little worried trying this place with all the mixed reviews.
I was ready to invest $14 and try it for myself. So glad I did. Service was excellent. Two gentlemen worked quickly and got my plate ready with a generous amount of white sauce.
Food was excellent. Not everyday food but definitely a nice change of taste.
I’ll be back. Keep up the good work.

This place has good food but staff ridiculously unprofessional & rude and disrespectful,I am regular visitor of this location every single time they didn’t listen properly and ruin my order . I would never recommend this location. Wana actually enjoy halal guys better go different location.

On 19th December 24 we were in Chicago downtown, looking for halal food. Then we saw the halal guys. We had very bad experience. The guy was very rude , seems like he was working there by force. NO MANNERS at all. No hygiene..Due to his ill behaviour we just walked out. The name of the shop should be the other way round. Now the owner will do the apology in the response. That apology wouldn't mean anything if the same guy is still working there. Very disappointed ☹️

I was in ur store in Chicago on division st branch on 11-24-2024 at about 6:15pm to get a sandwich & staff 2 guys were too rude disrespectful cursing F words I just ask him to give me an empty almunium container he refuses to give me I was very disappointed & most of the time staff is rude there I left without buying any thing

I remember the high quality of the trucks in NYC. This is a far-cry from that. The quality was not good. Additionally, a worker chastised my friend for having the audacity to respond politely with 'sure' instead of 'yes' or 'no'.

Food was great compared to the other location in Wabash. Server (Henry) was great with customer service , he was very polite and friendly. Even though their pay machine was broken he made our experience great:) #need more people like him!!!
