I just attended a conference for multiple days at the Loews hotel in Chicago and had a wonderful experience. Service was friendly and helpful, food was delicious, and location couldn’t be beat.
Despite an initial snag with our confirmed connecting rooms not being available at check-in—which meant our first night was spent in separate rooms—our experience quickly pivoted to a fantastic one thanks to the hotel's exceptional staff and management.
