We stayed at the Loews Chicago Hotel during a family vacation this past summer and had a great experience. The location was perfect for traveling with two young children—within walking distance to Navy Pier and plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and upscale. The moment I checked in with Emirates I knew my stay would be nothing short of amazing. The customer service was great and Enora made sure my soon to be husband and I felt special during our wedding weekend. On the day we checked out, Mariana greeted us with a smile and continued the amazing customer service experience. We needed our stay is some snacks from the coffee shop and even the ladies in the coffee shop were nice. We really appreciate the Loews staff.
We chose Loews because they claimed to be family friendly. We made the right choice. We have three kids under 7 years old, and we hoped for a nice spot without judgment. The kids loved the gift bags upon arrival; the pool was great; the rooms seemed to be soundproof; the food was great; and it was just a short walk to navy pier / Chicago children’s museum. Wonderful experience. Kids can’t wait to go back.
