Dined there from June 4th-10th, looking forward to ETA when I visit Chicago again next summer
We loved the food. We had thier homemade soup, fries and appreciated how you can tell the food is fresh and homemade. Our server was so nice and friendly! Traveling again we will be there.
Staff here is very nice. The food however is only average and a bit pricey.

The Chicago Breakfast and the Meat Lovers Skillet are particularly delicious, complemented by impressive sweets and desserts. The service is generally friendly and attentive, with some exceptions at the hostess stand, which can be disorganized. While the food receives praise, the wait times can be long, and the service is sometimes average. For lunch and dinner, there are mixed reviews, especially regarding the lobster roll, which was found to be imitation. However, the unique Asian fries didn’t quite meet expectations. Guests appreciate that the bar serves food until midnight, providing a welcome option late at night. Overall, ETA Restaurant + Bar is recommended for a great breakfast or brunch experience, though some diners may prefer to seek other options for lunch and dinner.
