I've got to be honest, I don't know why there are so many negative review about this place. I've come here a few times now, and each time I've come, it's been a very pleasant experience. Maybe the wait is longer in the mornings, but at least in the afternoons, the wait was short, the staff was efficient and friendly, and the coffee was good. There are a lot of people who order coffee here, but usually plenty of space in the seating area which is just lovely, lots of natural light...read full review
There are 6 Starbucks Reserve Roastery - Milan, Shanghai, Tokyo Seattle, Chicago & New York. We visited the one in Chicago and experienced a siphon-coffee. Amazing. All the beans are fresh roasted.

I don't know why this Starbucks has the low reviews it does to be honest. This is by far my favorite Starbucks I've been too from the quality of customer service, attention to details, etc. It may seem like any ordinary Starbucks in a target but even the location and the view/size of the coffee shop is amazing.
