We went to celebrate a birthday. Table was set with a nice "Happy Birthday" note and some birthday glitter. The service was impeccable. Never had an empty water glass, dirty knife, etc... Waiter explained some dishes, specials, etc.... He was outstanding. The whole meal and ambiance was great. Get the meatball. It truly was delicious. As was the lobster bisque. The only thing that prevents me from 5 stars is the entree. We were disappoint in the lobster. The claw meat...

The ambiance and service were fantastic at The Palm. They included a birthday note for my partner at the table as well as a light desert. Our waiter was attentive and charming as well. The food was delicious although I think a smaller portion option should be offered.
