My husband came in on 9-23 for our 1st anniversary dinner. We had a 7:00 pm reservation. It's was a absolute crazy experience getting on the elevator. 3 women working downstairs had no idea what they were doing. Our line got moved 5!!! Times. However finally they figured it out and got us in the elevator. Getting off was a little confusing because there were people standing everywhere and it was so loud. Very beautiful restaurant with amazing views. I was very disappointed that we didn't have a window table for my wife's 40th Birthday. Didn't even have a window seat. When I made the reservation, it did ask if it was a special occasion, so I did fill that out but why ask that if you're not going to do anything special for the person. Otherwise beautifully place and the food was wonderful.
Service was great. From the time arrived and got on the elevator until we reached the check-in desk everyone was very cheerful and helpful. Our waiter was fantastic. He engaged in conversation to ask if we had been there before and told us about the items on the menu that we had questions about. The food was delicious. Overall a great experience. Thanks
