Tikal Sabor Chapin is a Central American eatery with no frills decor but excellent cuisine and service. The food is exceptional, including homemade tortillas, Garnachas, Pepian con gallina, and a combo Tikal Plato for two with chicken, shrimp, steak, and salad. Dishes are plated beautifully with incredible sauces. The chicken is flavorful, juicy, and very tender, the steak has a good char, and the shrimp are large. The salad is surprisingly tasty with bright citrus flavors. Service is friendly. It offers a great dining experience with reasonable prices and is highly recommended.
