The donuts are always fresh but the staff doesn't know the difference between a glazed munchkin and an old fashioned. I recently ordered 30 glazed munchkin only to get to work and see that I received the old fashioned ones. They 'technically' arrive for work at 4 am. I had to wait outside til 4:30 am just for coffee and donuts.No breakfast available til 6 am and the cashier said if I wanted to eat so early to just go to McDonalds.I don't know why they have to be so rude here.I just want to eat when you open.

I don’t understand why the negative comments. This location is 1 of 2 locations in the north side of Chicago that has the freshest ice coffee anytime of day. I dropped by after work to get an ice coffee with espresso around 8:30pm. Upon entering I stopped by the ice cream section to look at what flavors were available, when I was immediately greeted by Joanna. She let me sample 2 flavors with a welcoming attitude.
