Arrived 7pm in a Wednesday, only late night menu no regular, was looking forward to the oxtail take or lamb chops but bet. Walked in, the security was making an issue of a tiny bottle of water I got out my Uber, half empty I was about to throw out. Bet I had a reservation I went to the bar. Skinny light skinned bartender witty frizzy hair gave me a glass of water and proceeded to ignore me cleaning liquor bottles for 10 mins and not even checking if I wanted to order or a drink. The spot is empty btw just me and one other person at the bar. It’s automatic 20% gratuity so rather than pay someone who has no idea what service is I proceed to the dining room then decide to leave. Security chats me up and apologizes while waiting for my uber and offers a drink based on the poor service. Order some wing and fries at the bar and this same bartender hands me the check as soon as I order. I’m dining in. No food nothing but a bill. The guy at the bar to my right no check, obviously she knows NOTHING about being a bartender or customer service. Kl place and vibe. Crappy staff

Went to the establishment twice just to write a definitive review. Let me just say this, this place is a whole vibe! From the atmosphere, the food, service, entertainment everything!
I would definately recommend this place. Now after the band is over and the dj start there will be a shift in music and demographic. The crowd does get a little younger about 25ish, Wasn't a problem at all.
I also would recommend bottle service because after dinner/band there is no sitting. The wait staff did accomadate us as we were still drinking our bottle. This place would be perfect for a date night.

Good food. Good service.
I like this place for happy hours and an after 12am spot. People there are nice and the crows is so cool. The best part for me is the gratuity is always in included at 20%. To me this signals a management that takes care if their staff and I love that!
The happy hour menu is good. Me and my friend had wings, chicken Cesar wrap, fries, and the burger. It was all good. Definitely come check this place out

Cute place, small and the drinks taste like water without ice. Drinks are expensive and not a lot of cognac options
The food was okay overpriced. The DJ only played thot music. I'm applaud. I tried this place out twice both times not a good place but I only try it so I would know where to have my birthday gathering and this is not an option I don't want my friends to be broke before they leave I want them to enjoy themselves and get the drink they pay for not colorful water.

My girls and I was out for her birthday, when we arrived at Tribe we were told we couldn't get in because we had on slides, sandals with no strap or no back. But as we stepped out of line and observed, the security guard was allowing multiple women with "slides" on after us. We confronted him and he just ignored us as he continued to let people in with the exact type of shoes he told us we couldn't wear inside. He was very rude and we will not be going back. Would not recommend.
Cool spot to go to with a couple of friends or a bunch. Some nights they have live music. And the staff is super cool

This facility is beautiful and it's in a great location. The men at the door have been kind to myself and my friends. The spot appears to be LGBTQ friendly and brings in a varied crowd as far as age and attire are concerned. The only downfall is that the club is TINY. It is literally a hallway. The bar takes up 40% of the space, and the VIP takes up 50% of the spot, leaving 10% for the average person to actually dance, move around, or even make their way to the restroom. I spent over $40 for 2 drinks. I also purchased food. They expected me to stand shoulder to shoulder with someone bumping and trying dance in limited space when there were plenty of empty tables available, but they were marked as "reserved". The reason the I left it at 4 stars is because there are kind staff members working who helped in this situation. I just wish the establishment would prioritize anyone spending money in their business NOT just the entire wall of reserved sections.

Friday night at 10 p.m. there was no line. Security checked our IDs and bags. No cover. Ordered a new fashioned and tommie smith. One was strong the other sweet and served in plastic cups. Tab was $46. Insane. I paid $60 in cash—because you can’t trust a place like this with your card. I should’ve asked for the receipt to see if the tip was already included. But I digress.
A guy gave me his stool to sit on. About 15 mins later a random, foreign man/security guard/bus boy started yelling at me unintelligibly. I felt accosted. I got off the stool, and he took it. However, he didn’t take anyone else’s. Weird. I def. was singled out. Now these Loubs are loubing. So, I’ll be on to a real cocktail bar like The Violet Hour—after I get done with my mediocre $23 cocktail, that is.
I make it my business to support black-owned business when I’m traveling, but this ain’t it. Majority of the men here are attractive—but also on their phones. Maybe they’re writing scathing reviews, too?

I’ll try the food, but the nightlife… I don’t know about that. It was too much going on. The security guards were rude.

Came on a Friday night after a show at the City Winery which is a sort 4 minute walk away. The crowd seemed to be mostly women in their late twenties...early thirties. A quarter of the people were men of the same age with the exception of a few men who were clearly much older. We only ordered a few shots which were short by about an ounce. There was recorded music which was a combination of late 90s and current r&b....no one danced. If you're looking for a place to grab a shot to gear up for the next more lively dance spot, this is it.
