Honestly not much to say about Tripoli Tap. It's a pretty standard bar without a lot of bells and whistles. It's got a Boston theme and plenty of good beers of tap with TVs to watch the games. I didn't have any food, but I imagine it's pretty solid. It's pretty close to the Armitage station, so not a bad place to come after work.
Food is great -- a delicious buffalo grilled chicken sandwich with tater tots for less than $15 including tax in 2023? Served to you at your table by a human being? In Lincoln Park? Unthinkable! And yet this place comes through. Beer selection is good, but they get extra points for rotating drink specials and a $3 mystery shot which may or may not be cough syrup.
