“Anthony and his coworker with glasses showcased exceptional customer service. Very polite, personable, coordinated, quick, problem solvers. Really. My flatbread came out so quickly and effortlessly. The two guys picked up a little “hit/pop” quickly and coordinated as teammates. They had that “unspoken” connection together. Anthony hit all the marks too, as I’d forgotten about the app and my points my last visit or two to other locations. Anyways, these guys crushed it, if it’s that time for reviews, highly reccomend giving these guys a raise, these are the type of team-members to be proud of. Respect. “I would like to say amazing job from the workers, the service was immaculate, when I order from this location, on the uber eats app, I didn’t expect it to come so fast, and protein smoothies was so good, I had got a 2 of them with protein and energizer, they helped a lot with moving furniture fast, and to regain my energy, and it helped with working out at the gym afterwards, I will order again“

“I really like Tropical Smoothie in Gurnee! The smoothies are fresh, flavorful, and there are so many great options to choose from — the Bahama Mama and Sunrise Sunset are my go-tos. The food is solid too; I’ve tried a few of the wraps and flatbreads and they’ve all been tasty and made to order.

The place is clean, the service is usually fast, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It’s a great stop whether you’re looking for something refreshing or a quick meal that feels a little healthier.

The only downside is the price — it can get a bit expensive, especially if you’re grabbing both a smoothie and food. But overall, it’s worth it for the quality and convenience. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area!“

“I am really not sure why Tropical Smoothie gets such low reviews bc we had a great experience and will return to any location. This one happens to be on Milwaukee Avenue in Wicker Park right across the street from the farmers market. The place is clean and has lots of seating and even has charging stations underneath the table. Plus free WiFi and the smoothies are great. So many healthy options. And the wraps were good too. Came out warm and the chicken was juicy and the sauce was perfectly light and not salty and plenty of veges which I loved. Staff are nice and patients.“
