This location is on my route to work. Everytime I stop here in the morning around 7:15am-7:30am no one is monitoring the drive through. Last time I visited it took almost 20 minutes between waiting to be greeted and then waiting for my smoothie to be made, despite me being the only person there when I arrived. Pro: 1. Clean, bright seating area 2. Yummy food and drinks. We tried the baja chicken wrap, chicken caesar wrap, detox smoothie, and avocolada. 3. Free birthday smoothie (I got an email but didn't have time to redeem on my birthday) Con: 1. We used the mobile order for food but they were out so we had to pick something else. 2. There was only 1 staff so it took awhile since she had to do everything for the drive thru and walk in. 3. Food and drinks are pricey

Too many wrong or missing items when ordering pick up or delivery. 3 times when ordering on an app, I didn’t get the smoothies. Only the food which was a bag of chips or a cookie. I like it when I go in.
