I think my roommate's guilty pleasure just became mine too. I'm not normally the biggest smoothie guy, but when someone tells me that I can get one for $4.99 just by saying "Getaway Hour" to the cashier between 3-5pm, it's pretty easy for me to become a smoothie guy. The smoothies are good, but it’s pretty tacky of management to have their card system automatically set to a 15% tip, so that you have to manually press down multiple times to avoid tipping on an $8 smoothie that took an employee 30 seconds to ring up. I’m sure so many people probably swipe their card and confirm the payment without realizing they’re being charged an additional 15% for no reason (and I highly doubt this 15% goes to the working employees)

This place is a darn hidden gem. It's cheap, delicious, and gives amazing potion sizes. Average cost of a healthy smoothie here is about 7. Which is about 4 to 5 dollars cheaper anywhere else. On top of it the size they give you is quite big. Even better yet it's delicious and I normally don't like green health food drinks. Yet they mixed the ginger and kale drink perfectly.
