WOW! so we are pulling rabbit out of a hat for a customer and in appreciation they sent lunch for staff from Twilight Kitchen. I repeat... WOW!! Every single item was some of the best I had. Even the butter for the bread was kicked up a notch with special sea salt! Chicken was perfectly cooked and still nice and warm. Ceasar salad dressing was for sure homemade, and the cookies? Chef Chris hosted a private birthday dinner for 14 of us. He worked with me on customizing a filipino-inspired menu and hunted down a ton of specialty ingredients.
