Decided to goto the city for a day trip and ended up coming to union sushi for a Saturday night dinner. Immediately when we entered we were greated kindly and immediately seated to our table at the sushi bar where chef Toshi greeted us and gave us reccomendations on the menu which were excellent. Was great to watch him prepare everything while talking about the dishes. Would 100% recommend for their well thought out menu and service.
We've been walking past this restaurant quite a few times and finally decided to try it last night. Our wait staff was very friendly and they did fantastic with my food allergies and dietary sensitivities. We will definitely be back.
We placed a large order for pick up of several apps, sushi rolls and chicken katsu sandwich - all was amazing. Standout was tempura seafood platter that included scallops - no notes, delicious!
