Some Saudi people took me to this place and I really liked the food. It's. Why traditional, and the food is not Americanized, not made with the thought of appealing to a broader population. And I really like that. All of the visitor at the time were Middle Eastern, and some were sharing a large dish of rice and meat, scooping it with their bare hands. They do serve utensils, so no worries about that. My favorite dish was the Bamia
Tried the mandi and kabsa here. There was more meat than rice and the meat was kinda dry which made it hard to eat but the rice was really good. Wasn't as good as I was expecting but it's still better than nothing since it's hard to find these dishes in America. The other dishes in the menu sounded good and I would have tried them if I wasn't so full. Would recommend going here if your nearby but not if your far away and have to travel for 30 minutes or more through the traffic...read full review

This is a hole in the wall with nothing but the most authentic and delicious Yemeni cuisine in the ChiTown area. We've been dining here since forever and the food quality and friendly service has never disappointed us.Laham (Lamb) Mandi, and all other gourmet dishes are so scrumptious and addicted. I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.
