very welcoming manager was unable to get her name but she had a nose piercing. Pulled through not knowing what to order and she did not rush me and even suggested her preferences on the menu. Needless to say the service was very welcoming
What happened to our Wendy's? Unfortunately, it has not recovered from the pandemic, with a lack of service, staff, and very extra long wait time on getting your food. The food is not as fresh and the extremely long wait is not worth the visit. The staff looks stressed, Corporate needs to get on the grassroots level and go help out the situation or I foresee many Wendy's will start to close.
