“A typical McDonald's experience although I do feel it is more consistently good compared to other McDonald's in central Illinois.
Ordering through kiosks is good because of the amount of customization and I notice my order always being much more accurate than telling the workers what I'd like to get. Only downside is it feels like the receipt is always not working and I have to go up and ask the cashier for a copy.
I recommend getting the buy one get one for a dollar mcdouble to share with someone else. I also use the free any size fries with purchase of a dollar with that using the app. It ends up only being 5 ish dollars. I also order water and that is completely free.“

“Visted on a Saturday night around 6 p.m. Really nice workers. Greeted as soon as we came in. The cashier was very competent about the menu and offerings. The food was properly made and quite tasty. Everything was made fresh while we waited. There was plenty of seating to choose from, and it was clean. We were even thanked for coming in when we were leaving.“
“Good sandwiches, with the caveat of getting the order right. I hate and despise mayonnaise. So I ask for no Mayo, and I get it half the time. I would turn around, but when you buy the sandwiches to take to work for the night shift, you are left with but one choice. Scrape it off. I miss the days of good service.“

“Our granddaughter has a nut allergy. When I asked the girl at the register if the blizzard we ordered had nuts in it she asked if she had a nut allergy and said they would clean the blizzard machine before making it and make it away from the nuts. When she brought the blizzard she mentioned to let them know even if coming through the drive through and they would do the same. Thank you DQ for training your employees to be responsive to this need and to the employees for following through!! �“
