“The cashier was amazing I ordered 3 footlongs and planned on placing the order through the subway app on my phone but it wouldn't let me so I called and ordered my sandwiches over the phone. I had a coupon code to use also. The total before the coupon was $42ish initially upon trying to checkout because I didn't actually have a physical coupon for her to scan it was making things difficult. She went above and beyond to find a coupon to use for my order she not only found me one but actually found a better one than I intended on using! Brought my total down to $22ish. I should add it was closing time for them so I'm sure I was the last thing she wanted to be dealing with but she did and kudos to her! Subway in Savoy, ILI didn't get this ladies name I wish I had.....anyways if you see this thank you for being so kind and helpful you deserve a raise?“
“They are Amazing and they are willing to help!We had a small incident in the Drive-Thru and was way down the road when we noticed a item was missing out of both of our lunch box meals. I called them up and explained what had happened and they were very polite and said we could come back and they would fix it. I explained we were already halfway to where we needed to be. So she politely took my name and phone number and said next time I'm that way she would replace the items then .I know it's hard to deal with situations because of the ones who scam to cheat the business out of whatever they can !We came the next day and she replaced the items that were missing the day before! She was very polite and friendly.We almost always stop there when we're in that area.Their food is always hot and good!!!!“
“Terrence did a wonderful job giving us great Customer service. My coworker and I walked to the restaurant at around 2pm and was told that they are only open for drive l-thru this was very upsetting considering our walk. After sitting 15 minutes and calling the store. To see if we could order online. We didn’t wait long, he came out to bring our food to us with a smile.Thank you Terrence ?“
“I had the chicken bowl and it was OK. But it was not very warm. My friend had chicken tenders and fries and the tenders were cold and tough and so were the fries. It was like they were left over and not fresh. The bowl was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Like it was left on the warmer before they added the cheese and the cheese would not melt when I stirred the bowl up every thing was very cold. I don't think I will come back to this KFC for a while.“
“I was there after what I assume is the busy time, so I had the dining room to myself. There was a steady stream of folks in the drive thru though. The "Deluxe Single Basket" was more than enough to fill me up. I had to buy a take-home pint, too full for dessert. The staff were friendly and at least one was always cleaning something.“
“The. Best. Philly. Cheesesteak. EVER!! Better than Penn Station and Niro's Gyros! I also tried their wings and fries. When you order 3 wings, you actually get 6. They give you the entire wing and tip. However, they give you naked fried chicken, you have to order Buffalo or BBQ sauce. Can't wait to try more of their menu!!“
“Best fast food in Champaign/Urbana. You can tell the owner/operator is there. You get nothing but smiles, quick service and no attitude. Laugh at the people in the portillos line across the street as it crawls at a snails pace while Chick Fil A whirlwinds the cars through. I've waited in portillos line for 40min+ with 3 cars ahead of me. They are AWFUL! Go here instead, you'll thank me later.“
