Lady in the drive-thru didn't get what I ordered (ordered dipped chocolate vanila cone but got just chocolate cone)

Later at the window, I just asked her to dip it in chocolate and took the dipped chocholate cone just because I don't want them to throw the chocolate cone.

“very cute shop. very delicious ice cream. we were excited that they had lactose free options always available. the old fashioned lollipops & bottled soda choices were fun, too. we like Fitz soda & it's sold here. we got ice cream in waffle cones & bowls. they were all good. we will definitely be back. the prices & flavors of ice cream were very fair.“

“Every ice cream I have had there is delicious. My favorites are avocado, queso, strawberries& cream and tamarind. My wife's favorite is the lime. Friendly atmosphere and great products. I highly recommend visiting them.“

“I was there after what I assume is the busy time, so I had the dining room to myself. There was a steady stream of folks in the drive thru though. The "Deluxe Single Basket" was more than enough to fill me up. I had to buy a take-home pint, too full for dessert. The staff were friendly and at least one was always cleaning something.“

“Very good. Lots of fun drinks and snacks to choose from so you never get bored and everyone can have something that fits their taste. Staff was also very nice and helpful. We got the matcha yuzu and iced matcha black sesame latte. Both were really good and you can really taste each flavor distinctly. Also got the ube dango which was warm, soft and scrumptious. It had a soy milk dipping sauce that added great flavor. Also had the cheese egg waffle. It was sweet but not overly so and the cheese had a nice melty texture though no cheese pull. Will definitely be back again and again.“

“I absolutely love TCBY! The froyo is always delicious, and I recently tried the new Black Cherry Tart, it was so good!

We came in for the Robeson fundraiser, which TCBY hosts every year. As a parent, I truly appreciate their continued support of our school and community. I also love bringing my family here for a sweet treat and watching my kids enjoy froyo and hang out with their friends. Those little moments mean so much!

“We absolutely love this place. Stop here on our way to Florida. The food was so delicious. My husband got a Chilli cheese dog and I got a cheese burger and a Corn dog. It was just like we remembered it. The inside looks like it was from the 80s inside and out. It really brought a lot of memories for us. Also they play a lot of 8os music. “Kobe was working remarkably hard while in the midst of a difficult rush. He was exceptionally kind to the costumers and very personable and friendly. Kobe was able to entertain the costumers while simultaneously providing their order in a timely manner. Coming from a person in the industry, his work was impressive. My only complaint was the manager was quite rude and not appreciative of Kobe’s hard work. Additionally, the food was great! It was my first time going here, and I will be back!“

“We were very happy to find this B-R on University open at 930pm. My friend and his wife mix the caf and decaf for their morning wake up brew and so he bought a lb of each. Since we were already there of course we had to eat one of the specialty flavors of ice creams. 😃“

“They have a chocolate Ferrero Rocher ice cream that I get as a milkshake and it is by far the BEST milkshake I’ve ever had! They also have a small play area for children.“

“Strawberry sorbet is a great non-dairy option. Only complaint is that each time I’ve gone, their plastic spoons cut open my lip. Sharp-edged enough to fillet it. 🫤 posting as a suggestion to owners to select different spoon product. 🙏🏼“
