Ice Cream Shops in Mattoon

“The food here was so so good! It was my first experience at a Freddys and it was delicious. The cheese curds were the best I've had.

They ran out of ice cream for the kids meals and a staff member said she would bring us some but never did, but the place was pretty busy so she may have just been very busy.

The music was pretty loud, personally it was too loud for me but it wasn't unbearable.“

“Amazing service. We love to go in to sit and relax. The place is always clean and food has always been fresh. If we have to wait for a couple minutes because they cook it fresh to order, I definitely think it's worth it. Also, the staff has always been friendly and helpful when my kids ask questions.“

Previous Review: I am currently sitting in stall 13 waiting for the large grape slushie that I ordered over a half hour ago. I checked in on the app to let them know I was in stall 13, and after a while they cleared my order like they'd already served it. I tried calling on the phone, but got no answer. I pushed the red button and they sent someone out a while ago, but I'm still sitting here waiting. The big problem they have is that they clear orders out of the system before they actually fulfill them.“
