Ramon's El Dorado

Always a five-star experience! Not only is the food always on point, the service is excellent even in the current atmosphere of no one having enough employees. They have a sign up in front to be patient with their staff because they are short of staff. But we've been going there for years and I've noticed no decline in service. Had an amazing sister day!My sister & I went to Ramon's El Dorado for lunch. I forgot to take photos of the food but it was delicious. We had a nice chat with Ashley our beautiful & amazing waitress and we were able to chat with the owner who is a 4th generation owner.I hope i got the details correct, but he told us how his father was able to start the restaurant. Good margarita and excellent service. The salsa actually has a bit to it! We really liked the Queso Flameado, but note it's not your average queso dip if that's what you're looking for. My wife got the chimichangas, and though they were made with ground beef and not crispy (they ended up more like enchiladas), they were good and filling. I liked the Dorado Plate, but putting some of the Queso Flameado on the pork really punched it up.
