Subway in Collinsville

“Went in today (6/24) around 2pm and had the most delightful experience I’ve ever had at any fast food store. The manager was direct and efficient, did their best to complete my orders to satisfaction, and was a well-spoken professional from the second I walked in to the second I walked out. It was the highlight of my day to see her effort in small talk with other customers— one customer being a sweet older woman. The manager asked if her sandwich was to her liking, in which she responded that it was so good it persuaded her to eat her second half. I must agree, the food was superb compared to subways closer to my home town. Everything tasted fresh and the building was respectively clean inside!“

“Anessa is absolutely amazing! She is very good at her job but goes above and beyond to be personable and made me feel like I was talking to a friend. But she also made everyone else in the store a priority with great service as well. Brittany was also great!! They are a huge asset to your company!!
