“I ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms. When the Pizza Hut staff handed me the order (carry out), they informed me that they were not happy with the pizza and asked me to wait for them to make another one. The problem seemed to be that there was a normal amount of mushrooms and not the extra I had paid for. I had not even seen the pizza at this time. I agreed to wait and they whipped out a new one with the appropriate amount of mushrooms. The attendant gave me the first pizza as compensation for the wait time. Overall it was a great experience; not only because I received an extra pizza, but mainly because the attendant took ownership of the mishap. Thank you Pizza Hut for caring for your customers!“

“I like the food. It works well occasionally if I need to feed the kids quickly and I’m short on time. The last two times I’ve been here it has taken FOREVER. I also do not think the pizza is worth the price hike I’ve seen in little ceasars.“
