Great local place keep it up
Ribs are ok, not much meat. It takes a bit of time between order to receiving order. Good place when just hungry for ribs or other smoked items

Firewater BBQ & Brew offers delicious barbecue with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant has been a favorite for over 8 years, praised for its tender and flavorful brisket, as well as its tasty ribs with a great smoky flavor. The signature BBQ sauce is highly appreciated by customers, often described as addictive. The 3 cheese mac and cheese is a popular menu item, though some feel it could be improved with a little more seasoning.
While some customers have experienced unexpected additional charges on their credit/debit card transactions, and the food has occasionally been served barely warm, the overall experience remains positive. Many customers plan to return, sometimes opting for takeout to enjoy their meals at home. The restaurant has also received positive feedback for its catering services, with the food and service receiving high praise for special events.
