Dunkin' Donuts in Crestwood

“I normally always go to this one since it’s right by my job. It typically always amazing customer service and for the most part my order it always correct. But I’m not sure how long this old man been working over night or I’m not sure if he needs a nap but he has the worse customer service ever and don’t know how to talk to people. I wanted the cookie butter ice coffee but I wanted made like the cookie butter latte which is just with the cold foam and cookie butter topping. He had the audacity to tell me I can’t have that choose one either you want the cookie butter latte or the cookie butter ice coffee like what? I always ordered it just like that it never had an issue. It’s just how u talk to people and for him saying that I just left the drive thru I didn’t even want anything.“

“The employees during the week days, are very good with making perfect drinks e.g. Kevin, and Junior. Come every morning and always great and consistent service from themOn weekends, the employees need to he better trained with making the drinks.“
