11/26/2025 approximately 1 a.m. I drove 20 minutes to get here because it was the closest 24hr Burger King to me. I had wait about 10 min behind the car in front of me. It seemed like the car in front of them pulled back around and was missing items from order. I was greeted very nicely when I finally arrived at the window. It still was a bit of a wait but when I get my food EVERYTHING WAS FRESH!!!! Totally worth it and the best food I’ve gotten from any BK in a very long time,...
Marco, Josephina, Catalina and Deon all exemplified EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The Burger King app is atrocious. I have had issues with it in the past, much worse than comparable competitors. But the aforementioned crew made up for its shortcomings. Can’t say enough good things about these people and their efforts to make you feel appreciated. Will single out coming to this store on my travels above others. Thanks again guys.
