“During my visit on 9/24/25, I ordered 3 mini cookies for me and my 2 young daughters. My kiddo dropped the box and ruined one of the cookies. Without hesitation, an associate offered to replace the cookie and packaged it so very nicely. Customer service at its finest and rare nowadays. Well done!“

También la quesadilla llevamos para mandar a nuestras familias en otros estados , Probamos el mejor pastel de tres leches y como es famosa por sus deliciosos pasteles encargamos nuestro pastel de bodas y fue espectacular lo más elegante y hermoso y delicioso !!!! “We met my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters for lunch. My daughter-in-law arrived before us and said that Ethan had pulled together a table for our group, adjusted the blinds as it was warm in there and offered some broken cookies for the kids as they couldn't be sold. Another gentleman came and cleared some plates. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed our lunch.“

“First discovered this bakery at the Woodstock Farmers Market, I now make the trek from Crystal Lake to Huntley to get their goodies! Wonderful bakery, I haven't had one bad item, fantastic carrot cake, cinnamon rolls and had a delicious Dutch Apple pie for Thanksgiving!“

“I gave a last minute call to Konrad’s to see if they had a French silk pie available for a birthday. They didn’t and weren’t planning on making any that day but Konrad was kind enough to make one for me and had it ready for us quickly. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it so much! “This is the best bakery! Everything we've tried is wonderful! The cinnamon rolls are perfect. We try to get them weekly. The iced sugar cookies, pumpkin loaf and carrot loaf are new things we've tried and are amazing! Jessica is as sweet as the treats she makes.“

“Absolutely the best and freshest bagels between here and Brooklyn. Though originally from the Midwest, I spent 20 years on the East Coast and my wife has family who are from Brooklyn. Thank you so much Elle for bringing a taste of home to the Crystal Lake area.“
“It smelled really wonderful when I walked in, baking bread smell, which is always a good sign! They have cases of goodies on either side and it was hard to decide what to get. Couldn't tell you the proper name for most of what I did get, except for the churro. But each pastry was delicious.
The churro was crispy but soft and chewy on the inside and had cherry filling - didn't know you could stuff a churro, but what do I know, lol.
Whatever this cookie was it was perfectly sweet and crumbly and had a great pecan taste. It was also weirdly powdery when you bit into it, but in the very best way possible. The elephant ear, that's what I call it, was huge, flaky, crispy caramelized perfection. Those were my favorites, but everything was good, and I got out of there for under $10 so I was very happy.

“I love getting my morning coffee from Elder + Oat a few times a week. It is a little bit of a haul from my house but totally worth it. Have usually get their monthly seasonal cold brew I have never disliked it. Nicole is the sweetest barista! I highly recommend this cute coffee shop!“

“Crumbl is always so good, the service, the cookies especially! It was my birthday and I wanted to get a free cookie from crumbl, not knowing that you need the app, I asked the lady working and she said you need the app to get a free cookie, so I told her oh I don't have the app, she gave me a free cookie anyway! Service is amazing at this crumbl and always has been!“

“I was missing my kids sandwich. Came back in. Ordered a coffee and a muffin for myself while I wait for it to get fixed. Manager took care of my coffee and muffin, and the wait wasn’t even long enough to fill my coffee cup. 10/10. Mistakes happen. They went above and beyond to make sure to fix it. I really appreciate all of the staff there. I hadn’t been to Panera in a few years. And the cashier was super friendly helping me through the menu.“

“I just tried a piece of chocolate cake that was brought home. I usually have stomach aches after eating cake. This was amazing. To not feel sick after a dessert and for it to taste AMAZING! We will definitely be coming in.“
